Jared Marx is a litigator and regulatory attorney in Washington, DC. He represents companies and individuals whom the government is investigating or prosecuting, and represents clients in civil disputes relating to finance, telecommunications, and Internet technology. His regulatory practice focuses both on advising companies on compliance strategies – including compliance with emergent and potential bitcoin regulations – and advocating with regulators for favorable rules and treatment. Jared is an honors graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, and clerked for United States Federal District Judge Arthur D. Spatt.
